Your Questions, Our Answers

Because we’ve chosen to keep our wedding small and intimate, we’re only able to invite our closest friends and family. Each guest was chosen with great care and holds a special place in our lives, so unfortunately we’re unable to accommodate additional guests or plus ones. Thank you so much for understanding.

We’re not picky — hotel, Airbnb, van life, you do whatever your little hearts desire. Just make sure you’re on time for the ceremony and fully prepared to party at the reception. If you’d like suggestions, we’ve shared a few favorites on the Travel page.

Semi-formal and fun! We’re envisioning elevated, forest-friendly looks — think rich colors, earthy tones, and outfits that feel special without being stuffy. The ceremony will take place at a forest campsite, so please choose shoes you can comfortably walk in on uneven dirt (heels at your own risk).

We will be in town Monday night (5/18) through Saturday morning (5/23) and would love to see you all for as long as possible. We are going to be organizing a few activities Thursday and Friday so we can spend some more time together.

Of course. There will be an open bar — because we’re celebrating — along with hors d’oeuvres and dinner at the reception. No one is leaving hungry or sober (unless you are sober then props to you and we respect you and love you)

Yes. Liquid courage will be provided, expectations will be low, and refusal will emotionally damage the newlyweds.

Coastal redwood weather means cool, often foggy, and a little unpredictable. Even if it’s sunny during the day, it can get chilly quickly — especially in the evening. We highly recommend packing layers even though it’s California it gets cold up there. Rain is common and could happen during the ceremony please check the forecast or just be okay with being a bit wet.
